Adult Counselling Services

Offering confidential counselling services for adults (18 years+) in a calm and peaceful environment.

Sessions are 50 minutes and I will initially arrange an appointment for us both to meet and discuss what you would like to achieve from your therapy. If you would like to continue with counselling then I usually suggest a commitment to six sessions after which we will review the plan.

The fee for individual therapy is £55.00 and is payable in advance via Bank Transfer.

Couples Counselling Services

The fee for couples therapy is £75.00 and is payable in advance via Bank Transfer.
